Warranty, Returns and Defective Products

WARRANTY 

MEGAFIESTA guarantees compliance with the regulations for the defense of consumers and users. In the event that the user receives a defective product,  MEGAFIESTA will indicate how to proceed to replace the defective product or, where appropriate, obtain a price reduction.

You must bear in mind that the guarantee excludes and is extinguished for articles modified or repaired by the client or person not authorized by MEGAFIESTA .

All our products come with the guarantee offered by the Manufacturer. They are European guarantees that comply with Spanish guarantee legislation. All warranty processes are carried out directly with the different manufacturers.

RETURNS 

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the product purchased without any penalty and without indicating the reasons to MEGAFIESTA , who after receiving it will verify the good condition, in which case it will proceed to refund the amount within 30 days through of the same means of payment through which you made the purchase. The user must pay the corresponding transport costs for the return of the product in case of withdrawal. 

The right to return will be automatically canceled if the product is used. 

The return procedure begins with the request by email addressed to  info@megafiesta.es, the Customer Service will indicate by the same means the instructions for the return of the purchased product. 
In any case, the product has been delivered by  MEGAFIESTA duly packed, shrink-wrapped and with the original seals, this being the only way in which it is considered perfect condition, so the return implies that the product must be in the same packaging conditions, No bumps or external elements attached or signs of deterioration.

  • If the product is defective, you must notify  MEGAFIESTA within 24 hours by email to  info@megafiesta.es , indicating the cause that motivates your complaint. We will immediately exchange it for another in perfect condition and without return cost, once the defect or tare has been verified.
  • And if you change your mind ... You have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchased product without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. 

You only have to send an email to  info@megafiesta.es  requesting the return and we will immediately tell you how to do it.  

In any case, do not forget that the product must contain the original packaging, that is, it must be in the same conditions in which it was sent. 

If everything is correct we will refund your money using the same means of payment that you have used.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 

If at the time of delivery of the order, any product does not conform to the agreement, has damage or is defective, the customer must contact MEGAFIESTA immediately (24 hours from receipt) by email:  info @ megafiesta .is  providing the data related to the order number and the damage or defect suffered.


MEGAFIESTA  will tell you if you should send us photos or other data in order to identify the tare and be able to proceed to its restitution, in which case the return costs will be paid by the seller, in any case, when dealing with defective products,  MEGAFIESTA will always refund the same reference of the purchased product, not being possible to change it for another product. The customer must keep the defective product at the disposal of MEGAFIESTA , which may request its shipment (postage due) or other evidence of verification of the alleged defects.
